Executive Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

What a terrible shame that this experience marred my previous excellent experience. My car must have been parked in a very muddy farm. The driver left big wedges of very smelly mud on the driver's mat and it was clean before. I have taken pictures and reported the event.

Our poor rating is because of a very bad service on our return to Gatwick. We were tired after a 4 hr flight delay & then we had to wait outside for 30 minutes with two distressed baby children before our car was returned. We had to make 4 phone calls to your control centre, at around 3.30am, & got confusing information about the long delay we suffered. A very unpleasant experience.

good price BUT they had no knowledge of our booking when we rang them on the way to the airport.Therefore waited 20 mins for them to pick the car up.On our return we rang them when we landed and again when we collected our baggage , but still waited 15 mins for them.A WAIT,MEET AND GREET service ...

I found the service rather poor. Great issue was made by the fact that we had not 'followed the correct procedure of dialling beforehand'. Similarly, on the way back - as we had no luggage we exited the terminal within 5 minutes and was told again that we had not 'followed the correct procedure'. We were then made to wait 55 minutes for our car! A rather poor and sub standard service - one that we shall not be booking again.

Had to wait 15 mins for driver to collect car on departure, and 5 mins in return. Not what I would call Meet & Greet! Drivers were friendly and efficent when they did show up.

Waiting for us on arrival at airport but had to wait 10 mins for our car back on our return.

No one was waiting when we arrived even though we phoned 20 mins before arriving. When we got back we phoned as we got off plane, then phoned again when we picked up our cases.We then still had to wait around 30 mins outside the terminal for the car to come back. When we made a comment to the driver his answer was he did not pick the message up.

We had terrible service on our departure, 30 minutes from the airport we rang to confirm our arrival time, everything ok. When we arrived we waited until 10 minutes past the collection time and we where told the driver was on the way and would be 5 minutes late. When this did not arrive and we where now 1 of 4 cars waiting we tried to call again and again, no one picked up until the car was the driver was 1 hour late (1 couple had given up and headed for the long stay car park!). The manager had just arrived and told us they had staffing troubles and that no car had been dispatched, he was rude and refused to give an explanation and hung up on me (I accept that I had lost my temper at this point!). The drivers arrived an hour and 20 minutes late, the manager was very appologetic and said he would sort it out on our return and to enjoy the holiday. When we returned the car was delivered on time by the manager who was very polite and again offered his apologies and a 50% refund. If the full service had been as the return this would have been a 5.

Despite using Meet & Greet service, pick up of the car was delayed by 50 minutes, so I almost missed the flight. A guy said "sorry busy day" but that is not accepted as an excuse, flight will not wait for us.

Met at airport on time but when called and was told 10 minutes and had to phone after 30 mins and then was told he was just leaving to come to Gatwick and eventually arrived 55 minutes we were not very happy and the young lad said he should have finished at 7-00am and it was 9-00am and I pointed out a few scratches as seems someone had brushed past obviously parked to close, I dont think we will use this company again.
